I did it the other day and found it a great challenge
100 pull ups
100 push ups
100 sit ups
100 squats
Try for your best time, only move on to next exercise when 100 repetitions have been completed in total.
It beat up on me taking 29.14 minutes
Hope you like it.
Thanks crossfit

Tried this workout yesterday :)
ReplyDeleteWAS AWESOME!! Managed to complete it in 35.25 mins.
Did this workout after 2 days of rest and a big breakky so was pumped and energised with no muscle soreness.
Started with chin ups as they were the hardest... they took the longest. Started doing 10 reps then by the 3rd set I was doing 5 reps all the way up to 100. They other 3 weren't as bad.
Finished off the workout with a plank 1.30 mins and a 20 min run 3.6kms.
WOW! was rooted by the end. Definately an awesome FULL BODY workout using only bodyweight. Managed to cover push, pull, leg and core, throw in a bit of cardio and all done!
I'll continue to attempt this every sunday and keep you updated on my times.
BTW, DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) is being experienced today in my entire body except legs (strong legs ;) )
