L Hold

1. Hold onto a bar or a chin up pole and raise your legs to create an L shape with your body


2. Spine must remain straight which requires good hip and hamstring flexibility
3. If you can't get your legs straight bend them so that your spine is not under extra pressure

4. Hold for time


This exercise can be done in many variations by supporting your body weight and raising your legs.
