Killer workout

2 aug u might like this. I hated it. Haha jokes but it was rough :)

Non stop
3 sets for time
20 burpees with proper push up. (face to dirt, core stable)
max sets of handstand pushups. (face to dirt)

2 minutes break

3 sets for time
20 push ups
50 square below parallel. (keep back straight, don't go low if you back arches)
