CrossFit Bear Complex for 4 minute AMRAP

Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press

Complete 1 rep of each without putting the bar down. Weight is determined by your weakest lift (Push press for most). Record weight and reps in your journal to look back on and compare next time.
