Todays workout is....

The weight is 60kg for men and 40kg for women (60/40)

2 sets of 8 power cleans
2 sets of 8 cleans
2 sets of 8 front squat

Then 

60% 1RM bench press

8 sets of 8 for time with 30 seconds rest between sets

Then 

3 Rounds 4 time
8 strict pull ups
8 HSPUs
