Start with the most basic dip with your feet on the ground and palms on a chair facing away. Lower your hips to the ground with good posture keeping your bottom tucked in close to the edge of the chair. Keep your elbows (wings) in and don't use your legs too much to lower and raise. Work on slow controlled repetitions.

The front dip
