a super exercise. This is an exercise that totally targets your triceps muscle and as you advance from having your feet on the ground to the front dip the chest muscles really start to work hard too. The triceps muscle is the one at the back side of your upper arm. The movement required in the dip resembles pushing yourself up in daily life. Whether you are pushing yourself out of bed, off a chair or maybe even off the toilet seat this body function is required. See the Front dip
