5 rounds - use the slow row as an recovery interval
Row 400m fast
Row 100m slow
Then:
Death by muscle ups
Minute 1 - 1 muscle up
Minute 2 - 2 muscle ups
Minute 3 - 3 muscle ups .... etc until you can't keep up
